saturday was a fun day. woke up and spent most of the morning eating breakfast and recovering from the shananigans the night before.
after lunch sometime, we decided to bring a water logged log up from the beach. i thought it would make a great bench since it was smoothed by the water...but it proved to be a real pain in the ass...

now what you wanna do is...take the knees completely out of the equation and lift solely with your back in a sharp twisting jerking motion...
finally in the truck! stupid me though, of course took all of these pictures leading up to getting the log in the truck, and never took a picture of where we put it. not so smart sometimes. oh well.
we drank the day away. actually they did. Kim and i drank iced tea and water due to the insane consumption of alcohol the night before. the boys played quoits and later we played beer pong and Jay and i took tons of crazy pics of the lights. Later, Kim and i indulged in cherry bombs. yum. i may have eaten one too many of these...
