sunday funday! somehow i managed to spend my whole weekend making jewelry! i'm determined to learn how to do the knotted pearl necklaces but it's not as easy as i thought it would be. trial and error, trial and error and i still haven't gotten it right...oh well...

and then since it was sunday funday and all...i decided to drink...lol

saturday. saturday we made jewelry ALL day long. mom had another jewelry show so we were making last minute pieces.

we had a fire again and just lounged while making jewelry...very relaxing day

black friday. another day of nothing. sweet nothingness. laid around all day at mom and dad's - cause that's where the leftovers were! - and loved every minute of gourging myself again, and again, and again. i could eat Thanksgiving once a week!

TURKEY DAY!!!!! I LOVE TURKEY DAY!!!

fire in the fireplace, turkey in the fryer, beer in the keg. what an awesome day!!!! Bob, not the builder, fried the turkey for us while Shelly and mom prepared the rest. Bird and i overslept of course due to the massive amounts of alcohol consumed the night before. I stuffed my face and fell asleep next to the fire. best day ever.

wednesday. Thanksgiving Eve! great day! boss let me out early! and then we got to go to Leener's and Brandon's for a hh bonfire!!! good people + big ass fire + alcohol = best time eVER!!! i heart my people...

Brandon made the fire pit bigger and put rocks at the back to keep the heat forward. he's such a thinker that one! Great time even though it was freezing!

came home from Leener and Brandon's and then went across the street to Gina and Dave's for their Thanksgiving Eve bash. is this not one of the cutest faces you've ever looked at??? He was the best!

day one one one. sunday funday. went out to dinner with Bird, Sanford, Barb, Dana, Dan and Olivia to Chili's since we wouldn't be seeing them on Thanksgiving, which btw, is my ALLTIME FAVORITE HOLIDAY!!! i heart turkey day. gobble gobble.

thursday shmursday. wasn't a bad day. just long. mom and dad took us out to dinner and then we stayed for trivia! not a bad day after all...

wednesday. mom and i and our friends Beth and Judy have decided to make jewelry and sell it for some extra money. so we've been having jewelry parties. this one was at mom and dad's house and i even sold a couple pieces!!!! so much fun!

tuesdays are always better then mondays. i hate those mondays. really hate them.

went to manda panda's for dinner so that she could give Bird and i our wedding present. she made it herself. and i mean the whole thing! from the pattern to the actual cross stitching. it's something like 63,000 stitches!!!! i LOVE it!!!!

Sunday funday. went to mom and dad's to help hang lights and clean out the gutters. i love lights on my parents house. always puts me in the holiday spirit! 'cept that i need a better camera to capture it...but this will have to suffice.

friday chiday!!! sweet god thank you. i've waited all week for this day! today starts our first weekly friday hh (Happy Hour) with friends. we've decided that going out for hh is WAY too expensive anymore and in order to save money we are now having friday night hh fires. turns out...it's a lot of fun. however, it sort of just ends up a hn (Happy Night)! good friends, good times, good food, good drink. who could ask for more??

i've decided that i don't feel like typing out the numbers as they're spelled anymore. going numerical here people. hold on.

thursday. thursday is always a good day. just means we're that much closer to friday. which is chiday. which i love. but of course you already know all this.

oh...and Kimusabi cooked a new recipe. yum. brown butter cheese tortelini with ham, spinach and peppers. great...now i'm hungry again. figures.
